The BEAM Festival (Best Event Awards Macedonia), dedicated to creativity and excellence in event organization, is opening to the region for the first time and inviting agencies, brands, production teams, and organizations from the Adria area to submit their most successful projects executed in 2025.
The festival is organized by the Macedonian Event Industry Association – IVAP, and over the past three years BEAM has become a relevant platform for evaluating ideas, production, and industry standards in North Macedonia’s event sector.
Throughout its three editions so far, BEAM has built a stable and transparent evaluation system, with an independent jury, clearly defined criteria, and strong competition. Each edition has brought more ambitious projects and a higher level of professionalism in the industry.
This year, the festival is making an important step forward: it is introducing the Adria category, created to recognize the most creative and highest-quality projects from Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo, from brand activations and festivals to corporate, cultural, and sports events. In addition, BEAM has become an associate partner of the BEA World Festival, the most prestigious European competition in the field of live communication.
The festival’s director, Maja Babić, states: “In the region, there are several festivals that reward marketing campaigns and creative solutions in other disciplines, but very few platforms that evaluate the execution of events itself. That is why we created BEAM – so that the best projects, teams, and productions can gain the visibility and recognition they deserve. After three strong years, we are confident in our system and ready to welcome regional teams.”
The jury consists of renowned professionals from marketing, communications, production, culture, and media, whose experience ensures an independent and professional evaluation process.
Babić adds: “I believe that the Adria competition will bring new energy, perspective, and inspiration. We look forward to submissions from across the region and to the opportunity to build a stronger and more connected event industry together.”
All participation conditions and detailed evaluation criteria are publicly available at www.beamfestival.mk. Applications are open until January 30, 2026, and winners will be announced at the festive gala ceremony in early March 2026.
BEAM invites all teams pushing the boundaries of creativity and production to apply, connect with regional professionals, and open the door to new collaborations and opportunities.
