Global leader in the field of fitness, Reebok, launched a series of films that celebrate the value of human connection. All films show how important physical activity and hard work are in order to live a more fulfilling life.
This series of videos is a new development step of the Be More Human motto that encourages people to be the best version of themselves mentally, physically and socially, continuing Reebok’s mission to change people’s perception and experience of fitness.
The first video, “Hands”, shows those who push the limits of their body to physical extremes, and brings images of their hands full of scars.

The second film “Mama” reveals a poignant mother-daughter relationship and the moment when the young girl is trying on her mom’s high heels. In doing so, she finds her mother’s Nano shoes in the closet. The daughter reveals another side of her mother and begins to admire her strong CrossFit parent, so instead of stilettos she puts on her mother’s Nano shoes.

The final video, “Slide”, is about a man whose life is going downhill, so he turns to running in an attempt to find a purpose and focus and rebuild his own life.

The underlying message of all the videos is that training changes not just the body, but the person itself – becoming braver, more caring, closer to other people, and finally more confident.
A significant contribution to this campaign are thousands of coaches from ReebokONE network in 10 US states, who are available in January for free training, as a means of physical and social connecting of people through crossfit. All who are interested have the opportunity to schedule a free training session via the Handstand app. ReebokONE network is a global community of more than 100,000 coaches, and each of them is committed to improving people’s lives through fitness.
