Publicis One announced its local leadership in Croatia & Slovenia, nominated by Miša Lukić, Regional Chief Executive Officer. Publicis One is the global communications enterprise that unites all of Publicis Groupe agency brands’ capabilities and expertise under one roof.  With around 8,000 employees, the Publicis One operation is spread across Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Publicis One is a future–forward business model which the Group will be implementing across fifty markets globally – outside of its principle markets. Recognizing the simultaneous need for specialization and integration in marketing today, Publicis One is built with marketers’ interest at the center and strives to be the top integrator of best-in-class specialists.

This model is intended to provide clients with end-to-end solutions, including easy and flexible access to a diverse set of expertise and capabilities. For Central Eastern Europe, new clusters are set up to provide stronger support for all the agency brands under Publicis One – this includes the creation of the Croatia & Slovenia cluster.

Publicis One’s agency brands in Slovenia include:  Publicis, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, ZenithOptimedia, Publicis FMX, Starcom, LiveCOM MSLGroup, Diggital. Publicis One’s agency brands in Croatia include: Publicis, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, ZenithOptimedia, Publicis FMX, Starcom.

All agency brands will continue to exist and operate within the Publicis One set up.

“We are looking forward to the new possibilities we can create with Publicis One in Croatia & Slovenia. Over the years, we have developed a strong suite of capabilities via all our agency brands that address our clients’ communications needs. It is not anymore only about communications and creativity, but being able to contribute to business transformation of our clients. The Publicis One set up will take us a step further, allowing us to integrate our expertise, and offer our clients more holistic plans that address their need for transformation and differentiation today,” said Misa Lukic, CEE, Regional Chief Executive Officer.

Publicis One in Croatia & Slovenia will be led by a board which will include Saša Leben, who has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Aljaž Primec, who has been named as the Chief Financial Officer.

Saša Leben spent more than 15 years working across the different spectrums of the marketing industry including classical advertising, creative, event and digital before joining Publicis Groupe Slovenia in 2008 as a consultant and managing director of digital. In four years, she successfully developed and grew the agency’s digital expertise and was promoted to the role of CEO for Publicis Groupe in Slovenia.

Aljaž Primec holds a B/A in economics, Masters in Business (entrepreneurial restructuring) and CFA (level 3 candidate). He began his career as an entrepreneur while still in university and gained international experience as a policy advisor for the development committee PSE Group in European Parliament. He was an analyst and later head of Financial Analysis for AFS, CFO and procurator of online retail and medical supply company. Aljaž joined Publicis Groupe Slovenia in 2013 and took over the financial department later that year. He is also a member of Young Leaders Club of American Chamber of Commerce and was chosen as one of the 10 most perspective young professionals of 2015 by AmCham.

With these new synergies and opportunities in mind, our key focus will be on our Clients, Brands, Creativity, People and even stronger strategic support for their needs. With this in mind Publicis One Croatia & Slovenia will implement new models in the following weeks and months to strengthen the vision, brand and position in the markets. We are looking forward to new opportunities in new strength throughout the whole Adriatic region.” said Saša Leben, Publicis One Slovenia & Croatia, Chief Executive Officer.

“Following 15 years with Publicis Groupe, Damir Brčić will be leaving the company. We would like to thank him for his effort and hard work in building and leading the Publicis Groupe’s agencies in Croatia to where they are today as well as his work in the Adriatic region with all Publicis Groupe’s agencies. He leaves the company with our best wishes,” continued Leben.

“A dynamic region with a myriad of opportunities for businesses, Central and Eastern Europe is key to the Publicis One operations. Under the strong leadership of our regional CEO, Misa Lukic and proven local leaders, I have no doubt we will be able to successfully implement the Publicis One model across the CEE markets which will ultimately help to deliver value and drive growth for our clients,” said Jarek Ziebinski, Global CEO, Publicis One. “I also believe that with this model, we are creating a whole new canvas for our talent which will inspire the new kind of creativity businesses need today.”
