The organizing committee of the PRO PR Conference today announced the official program of the 17th edition of this international public relations conference.
The conference will take place from 10th to 13th April 2019 at Hotel Katarina in Selce, Croatia, and will host more than 200 communications experts from across the region. Some of the prominent local and foreign experts who will share their rich knowledge and experience with the participants are: Patrick Harrison, former spokesman of H.E. Prince of Wales, Director of Reputation Management and Strategic Relations with Media at Weber Schandwick; Laura Garcia, FIBEP Chair; Svetlana Stavreva, IPRA Chair; Marcelo Risi, Head of Communication at the World Tourism Organization, Raymond Frenken, Communication Manager at the European Banking Federation, and Oliver Faust, vp of corporate social responsibility at Renault, and CEO of the Renault Foundation.
Positive examples from practice will also be presented by Croatian experts: Snježana Bahtijari, Director of Marketing, Communications and Corporate Responsibility at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Ljudmila Bratko Gašpić, Corporate Communications Manager at Heineken Croatia, and Dario Gabrić, Head of Corporate Communications at Erste & Steiermaerkische bank.
The conference will be held under the auspices of the City of Crikvenica and the Tourist Board of the City of Crikvenica, the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ) and the International Public Relations Association (IPRA).
The registration fee is again fully adjusted to the standard of Southeast Europe, so the starting price for the three-day registration fee will be €495 + VAT, including full board hotel accommodation, all lectures, panel discussion, tourist sightseeing and ticket for the PRO PR Awards.
As part of the 17th PRO PR Conference, the eighth award ceremony of the PRO PR Awards will be held, which celebrate individuals who have contributed to the development and positioning of the public relations profession through their work. Last week, it was announced that the PRO PR Infigo Award will go to Marjan Novak, editor and journalist of the Marketing Magazine from Slovenia. The names of the winners in the PRO PR Awards, PRO PR Vision City and PRO PR Vision Manager will be announced beginning of January 2019.
