Artificial intelligence is increasingly finding its place in everyday situations, and the latest example comes from the food industry. Panvita Group has introduced Mojster AVE, a digital assistant developed for the AVE brand that helps users make decisions related to the preparation of meat dishes.
While recipes, video tutorials and website searches have for years been the first choice for culinary advice, Panvita believes that the way people access information is changing. More and more users expect a specific answer exactly when they need it – without lengthy searches and browsing through dozens of different sources.
This is precisely why Mojster AVE was developed, a digital assistant that users can turn to with practical questions: which type of meat to choose for a particular dish, how long to roast it, how to prepare a barbecue, or which flavours pair well together. The system is available through QR codes on AVE products, as well as via the platforms ambasador.ave.si and ambasador.ave.hr.

Unlike generic AI tools, the company points out that this assistant has been further shaped by expert knowledge of meat and the experience that Panvita Group and the AVE brand have built over more than a hundred years.
“Today, consumers expect brands to provide useful solutions that make their everyday lives easier. Mojster AVE offers users help and advice exactly when they truly need it,” said Simona Petek Čerpnjak, Head of Marketing and Development at Panvita Group.
The project was developed by the team at Retoba Laboratory, which emphasises that technology itself was not the starting point of the initiative.
“Mojster AVE was not created for the sake of technology itself, but as a response to the real needs of modern consumers,” said Brigita Zorec Cetin, responsible for AI content architecture at Retoba Laboratory.
With this move, Panvita joins a growing number of brands using artificial intelligence not only for internal business optimisation, but also as a new channel of direct communication with consumers, seeking to make the customer experience faster, simpler and more personalised.
