Mike Massimino, former NASA astronaut, a professor at the Columbia University, a well-known TV personality, senior adviser to space programs at the Naval, Aviation and Space Museum “Intrepid” and author of a bestseller, confirmed his participation as a keynote speaker at this year’s Spark.me conference.
From 1996 to 2014, Massimino was an astronaut for NASA, and has traveled to space two times in Hubble Space Telescope servicing missions, during which he had four space walks. Also, he is the first person in history to tweet from space, and the last one who worked inside Hubble.
However, many will recognize Massimino from their TV screens, as this astronaut has appeared several times in popular series and documentaries, including The Big Bang Theory, The Today Show and the new TV series One Strange Rock.
All this promises that Massimino will have a lot of interesting things to share with the participants at the Spark.me conference, which will be held on 26 and 27 May this year at the Hotel Mediteran in Budva. Prior to the conference, on May 25, there will be a series of specialized workshops in Budva.
In addition to Massimino, other speakers include Mark W. Schaefer, one of the world’s leading social media marketing strategists, Denise Lee Yohn, branding expert, consultant and author of several bestsellers, Dhiraj Mukherjee, co-founder of Shazam, and others.
More information and application details can be found at the official Spark.me conference website.
