Nikola Žinić leaves Bruketa&Žinić&Grey

After three decades of successful work, a change has occurred in the ownership and management structure of one of the leading creative agencies.

Davor Bruketa and Nikola Žinić founded the independent agency Bruketa&Žinić in 1995, which has been part of the WPP group since 2017.

After 30 years, Nikola Žinić is stepping down from the ownership and management structure of one of the most successful creative agencies in the region, Bruketa&Žinić&Grey.

“With mutual respect and great gratitude for 30 years of working together, the time has come for Davor and me to continue our professional development separately. The decision was made as a result of a natural professional path. Together, we created an agency whose work has been recognised and awarded with numerous accolades, we built a team and long-term relationships with clients, and our campaigns connected with people through humour and humanity, and I am extremely proud of all of that. The agency continues on a well-established path, and a new life and professional chapter lies ahead of me,” said Nikola Žinić.

With this decision, Nikola Žinić concludes his formal ownership and management role in the agency and turns to a new professional chapter.

“I will miss the ‘Ž’ and ‘Ć’ in the logo. Nikola and I have been through a lot together. I am sincerely grateful to him for all of it. We are opening a new chapter, with a strong team, a new generation of leadership, a focus on expanding services, and accelerated development of AI competencies. The name will be different, technology will change many things. The ambition will remain the same,” said Davor Bruketa.

The agency continues its operations with the existing team, clients, and projects, remaining focused on creativity, strategy, and further growth. The change in ownership structure does not affect operational work or client relationships, while the process of renaming the agency is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
