Another year is behind us – the twentieth since we opened our doors, sharpened our pencils and started writing successful stories. On the first day of January 2017, we enter the third decade of our business, so it’s time to celebrate as the perfect team of people who daily enjoy each other’s company and devote the same passion to each project as if it were the only one.
We’ve come a long way. We survived numerous challenges, we produced countless campaigns, we won many pitches, and participated in 10 times more. Did we plan to work this long? We did not! Did we plan to give up? No we did not! Simply, we never thought about how long we would work :-) . So we won’t do so now either.
Twenty years is not a small amount of time when you’re working with the best, learning from the best, every year touring the best conferences around the world, receiving acclaim and awards, and gathering the best experts in various fields. We were created at the time of the traditional media. We participated in shaping the communications scene in the region. We worked globally, and proved ourselves locally. We survived the evolution of traditional, and the revolution of digital media. Many times we restructured, adapted, changed, shrank and grew.
We end this year, 2016, with 20 new clients, revenue growth and reduction of operating costs. In early 2017 we will launch a major project in which we have woven a lot of effort, hard work and love – a project that should completely change the BTL and Event industry, and enable numerous suppliers direct contact with customers.
Today we are successfully combining different experiences to provide the perfect balance of creative thinking of young people and the experience of older colleagues. We encourage interaction, create two-way communication with brands and help business partners to gain new friends. We believe that brands are more than just a product or service. They are the interaction with the community, an article in the local newspaper, the presence on the shelves, a review by an influencer, a comment on social networks, an opinion, a recommendation or criticism that audiences love to share with friends. We are talking about hundreds of touch points that help brands connect with their customers or service users.
We also believe that the power of companies is not in the name, the size of the office space, the technologies they own, or even in the number of people who work in them. The true power of companies are its creative, innovative and passionate people, who approach every project with a lot of love. People who are fighting to make the impossible possible, who solve problems before they occur, who turn every disadvantage into advantage, every defeat into victory – people who laugh, cry, breathe, work, create new values, move, and even dance as one.
So turn up the volume and dance with us. Show your playful spirit, get rid of fears and prejudices. We will never be younger than now. We wish you all the best in 2017. May your roads be filled with good health, love, happiness and lots of money.
