During the pre-holiday season, Mercator will once again surprise its customers with numerous benefits and activities. Together with the Luna \TBWA agency, they have created a campaign that unites all these activities under a single communication platform.
After last year’s Heartfelt Neighbor campaign launched a highly successful story that achieved remarkable results, Mercator decided to continue and build upon it this year. The boy David, who was the face of last year’s campaign, is joined this year by his younger sister Kaja. The Heartfelt Duo will once again ensure that Mercator’s ads remain distinctive and full of emotion.
The first campaign within this platform is titled “Cook Up Your Stories.” By collecting stickers at Mercator stores, customers can receive a discount code that allows them to create a personalized recipe book in which their child becomes the main character. In the TV commercial, the boy explains how he “cooked up” such a book for his sister Kaja, inspiring viewers to do the same.
