Today we have prepared for you an interview with the young creative duo of the agency 404 from who won the Young Lions Croatia contest this year, held within the Days of Communications festival.
They are Fran Mubrin and Matko Buntić, creative director and designer at 404 respectively, and this will be their second time representing Croatia at the prestigious Young Lions competition at the Cannes Lions festival.
We asked them how will they prepare for Cannes this time, and what would they say to young people who are contemplating about taking a job in the industry. Check out why they say that agencies can offer young people much more than just jobs.
