McCann Sarajevo, an agency that has been successful in the Bosnian-Herzegovinian market for 20 years now and is a member of I&F McCann Group, and Altermedia marketing agency, are among the Most Desirable Employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Marketing and PR sector, according to the participants in the survey “Most Desirable Employer in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, organized by Kolektiv d.o.o. – Posao.ba.
In the competition of 700 nominated business entities, McCann Sarajevo and Altermedia managed to position themselves in top 45 employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In a two-month online survey, conducted in February and March this year, participants from all parts of the country participated, with 147,089 votes. They voted for the nominated companies on personal perceptions of how much they invested in human resources management, what their public image is, and the employer’s branding estimates.
The prestigious award for McCann Sarajevo was received by Vesna Vlašić Jusupović, Managing Director of McCann Sarajevo, who stated: “We are extremely proud of this public acknowledgment that in the field of creative industry, marketing and PR, our agency is perceived as a desirable environment and a positive example in the business community.
