The Young Lions Croatia competition for young professionals up to 30 years of age was again organized within the framework of the Days of Communication Festival, and its added value is its humanitarian character. Namely, the brief actually calls for a solution for a civil society organization that will get the winning work free of charge. This year, it is the international non-profit organization Rewilding Europe.
This year 30 teams competed in 5 different categories: Design, Digital, PR, Media and Print. The first place in the category Design was won by Ana Sakač and Jelena Rebrnjak from the Degordian Agency, PR Marina Gugić and Danijela Kobeščak from the Komunikacijski laboratorij, Media Barbara Vugec and Marko Matejčić from MediaCom Central Europe Zagreb, Print Ivana Drezga and Stella Bogovac from the agency I TO NIJE SVE!.
The festival organizers this year included in the official program presentations of the Young Lions’ works as a show of appreciation for the work of young professionals. The winning team was awarded a prize of around €5,400, ie the cost of the trip, accommodation and festival fees for the Cannes Lions 2018. Proud sponsor of this year’s competition is the Printera company that has decided to support the young hopes of the communications industry.
