One of the largest financial groups has chosen a Macedonian advertising agency! Almost half of the world will see Macedonian creatives and production on billboards, buses, cinemas, stores, shopping malls, and of course, radio and television. Russia, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam are but a few of the countries where the One-on-One agency will leave its mark.
Žarko Dimitrioski is a prominent TV personality in Macedonia. But not many people outside of the profession know that he is also the creative director of the very popular advertising agency named after the One-on-One TV talk-show. The agency is a true hit at the Macedonian advertising scene.
Six years after birth, One-on-One became an important player in the business, serving numerous clients, with the largest Macedonian pharma company Alkaloid among them. They also played a crucial role in the rise of several small companies, now leaders in their respective sectors. For example, they provide full service for Golden Art Construction for three years now, when the company rose to the top in Macedonia and is now having projects in Austria and Italy.
The agency started its international expansion by partnering with regional agencies on regional projects. Žare is now a regular panelist or jury member at the largest advertising festivals and awards in South East Europe, where One-on-One has already started winning awards. But, could Žare and his team imagine that One-on-One was about to face its greatest challenge to date – a global campaign aimed at more than 2.5 billion people!
How did they land such a big gig? The marketing department of Digital Finance International gives a short answer:
“We have a lot of experience working with various advertising agencies throughout the world and we needed a good and reliable partner. We decided on One-on-One because they successfully navigated through some very complex challenges and proved to be an exceptionally mature company, capable to cope with great things.”
Their cooperation is not new. One-on-One takes care of the Forza brands in the Balkan region and gradually they gained the trust to work on this multi-brand mega campaign under the DFI umbrella, that doesn’t include only the Forza brand but many other sister-brands as well. They joined forces with Fx3x and Eye Cue who did the animation and music, making this a fully Macedonian creative production aimed at some of the largest markets in the world.
