M6 Company and Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) Sports Club signed a sponsorship contract which includes the Football and Basketball clubs of the sports club. The focus of cooperation between M6 and Crvena Zvezda will be on the promotion of BIP beers through the support for the football club FK Crvena Zvezda, and brands of Winery Tikveš through support for the basketball club KK Crvena Zvezda.
M6 is one of the largest producers of wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages in the region, and its winery Tikveš is the largest in Macedonia. M6 has recently started technical collaboration with Belgrade Beer Industry (BIP) and has renewed the production of BIP beer – one of the most famous and most significant brands in this region.
“It is a great pleasure and honor that the brands represented by the company which I lead will be tied with the name Crvena Zvezda – the biggest sports brand in this part of Europe. Tikveš wines are some of the best in Europe, and in Belgrade and Serbia we are reviving one of the symbols of some other times – the BIP beers. Tradition, rich history and many emotions – these are the common traits of these brands and the Crvena Zvezda. That is why I am very excited to write the next chapter in history together,” said Svetozar Janevski, one of the founders of M6.
