LAQO launches LAQOsfera – a new loyalty programme that delivers more than insurance

An interactive Q points system, a digital coin, exclusive benefits and educational content available to all users via the LAQO app

LAQO, Croatia’s first 100% digital insurer and a digital platform of Croatia osiguranje, operating within the Adris Group, presents LAQOsfera, a new loyalty programme available to all users through the LAQO app. LAQOsfera is designed to reward customer loyalty and offer added value through exclusive benefits with LAQO partners, insurance discounts, the option to exchange points for LAQO products, as well as LAQOpedia – educational content that combines knowledge and fun through quizzes.

This is an interactive loyalty programme that allows LAQO users to collect and use Q points in a simple and enjoyable way. Q points are earned by purchasing insurance policies, depending on their value, as well as by participating in LAQOpedia – short, engaging quizzes covering topics from insurance, traffic and everyday life, enabling users to earn additional points.

Collected Q points can be used as discounts when purchasing new insurance policies or renewing existing ones, as well as in the LAQO Boutique, where users can exchange them for selected LAQO products. These include smoke detectors, Bluetooth headphones and the popular plush mascot Pavle Pauq – products that have not previously been available for purchase.

Additional innovation is brought to the programme by the fact that the Q point functions as a digital coin within the LAQO ecosystem. It is a reward system based on centralized ledger technology, enabling users to easily collect, use and track value within the LAQO digital environment.

Through the app, LAQOsfera users also gain access to benefits offered by LAQO partners, with higher loyalty tiers unlocking additional and increasingly exclusive offers. Partners have been carefully selected to match users’ lifestyles and the products they insure – from vehicles and travel, to healthcare services, property and pets.
