Jana – water with a message, continued its humanitarian story in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and during its visit to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of Una-Sana Canton in Bihać donated IT equipment for which Jana droplets were collected during the last two months. Thanks to this donation, Association will more easily solve the existing problem of insufficient IT knowledge among people suffering from multiple sclerosis, and by facilitating access to the equipment it will help members to more easily overcome the everyday challenges imposed by their condition.
More than three hundred thousand Jana’s droplets, symbolic donations, collected during the action enabled the funds for the purchase of computer equipment that will be used for training of members of the Association, helping them become more independent.
“We are proud that in our society there are organizations such as this Association, because when a person meets hundreds of other difficulties in addition to those caused by the disease, it really is crucial to have the support of people who understand what you’re experiencing and who can provide adequate advice. We are happy that the citizens visited Jana’s website and donated the drops, so we could jointly contribute to creating better conditions for the strengthening of people with multiple sclerosis in BiH,” reads the message from Jana.
