We’re already accustomed to being regularly surprised by IKEA’s brilliant commentary and reactions on social networks, which shows how well in-tune they are with current events in the world.
This time, an example of IKEA’s top-notch plays on social networks came from Croatia. On the day of the semi-finals match between Croatia and England, before the game, Facebook account IKEA Croatia posted an image of their tea set, with the message „English tea should be drank at home…. Especially on Thursdays,“ and the football and IKEA fans immediately picked up the post and shared it throughout the Adriatic region:
