If you believe in your content marketing projects, enter them for POMP awards

This year’s POMP awards – considered the first and only annual award for special achievements in the field of content marketing – are here, on the new website and with several new features. Entries are open until 5 August.

The POMPI, including the Grand Pomp for integrated content marketing project of the year, are presented each year to projects that are not only innovative and creative, but above all efficient. This means that they reach or even exceed the long-term communication, marketing and business goals of the company. Eligible to compete are individuals, companies and agencies that implement projects of content marketing for their clients. Prizes will be awarded on 28 September 2016, at the end of the conference POMP Forum 2016.

New: 10 + 2 (categories)

Two new categories were added this year, the best media of the public sector, associations and non-profit organizations and the best content campaign, while the category best main page is extended to digital media.

International jury predominantly in women’s hands

Entries will be judged by a jury that includes editorial, design, marketing and PR experts. The complete jury will first make a shortlist, which will be unveiled on 16 September. The jury will then together evaluate the shortlisted entries and will choose the winners in each category. Jury members will evaluate in all categories how the content complements or enhances brand’s offer; how relevant it is for the target group; how effectively is it used as part of a long-term communication and marketing strategy. This means that it’s not just about evaluating the innovation, creativity and quality, but also on the involvement of the entered work in the overall communication / business / marketing strategy and its effectiveness.

Jury members are: Alenka Bešter, Triglav osiguranje, Ana Ivandić, Edition Digital, Simona Kruhar Gaberšček, Marketing Magazin (Jury president), Ana Penović, Jasno & Glasno, Urša Pučko, Internavti, Jasna Suhadolc, VirtuaPR and Nenad Senić, Poslovni mediji.

A special jury for cover page and design will be in the hands of foreign experts: Jaap Biemans, Coverjunkie (Netherlands), Simon Brown, &&& Creative (UK), Lukas Kircher, C3 (Germany), and Joseph Kalinowski, Content Marketing Institute (ZDA).
