Digital is making seven-mile leaps every day, but HOWtoWOW Academy allows students to catch up. Find out which are the current and upcoming trends in digital, how to map the life-cycle of customers and create a digital blueprint or strategically piece together communication that achieves goals.
One of the speakers at the H2W will be Christopher Lee Ball, director and head of user experience team at the agency DigitasLBi UK and one of the best lecturers of D&AD. He deals with digital, design and film, and in his career he has worked with major clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Renault and Nissan.
Chris is coming to Zagreb to lead the evolution of our digital strategies from the outset of the brief. How to map the life-cycle of customers? What are the upcoming trends in digital? How to create a digital blueprint or strategically piece together communication that goes from 0 awareness and develops to advocacy? All this, by solving a hypothetical brief for a hypothetical client, participants will successfully do in real time on Chris’ workshop “A day in the life of your digital strategy”.
The workshop will be held on 7 October 2016, from 9 to 15 hours, at the premises of HURA / Bruketa&Žinić OM, at Zavrtnica 17 (4th floor), Zagreb.
