There’s something great about having your own stickers on Viber, one of the most widely used platforms for online communication, and now Raiffeisen Bank d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina also has them.
The cute stickers were inspired by the mascot of the Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosnia and Herzegovina, Rafa the Giraffe, who appears in a variety of situations, enabling users to express themselves in a fun way. Bank’s goal was to approach the public in a fun and relaxed way, and provide a pleasant atmosphere in everyday communication.
In the first 24 hours after the stickers were rolled out, over 16,500 people downloaded them on Viber, and exchanged a staggering 65,000 messages containing them.
Belma Hadžiomerović, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications & Sustainability Management at Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosnia and Herzegovina on this occasion said: “Rafa was born in 2007 in cooperation with the agency Communis. Over the years, Rafa Giraffe grew, evolved and developed into a separate and most recognizable brand for children’s savings. Rafa is an integral part of our projects and a series of activities that are directed towards the education of children. She is aware, smart, fun, and follows the trends by communicating with young people in different ways. We are proud that we are the first bank in this market which has introduced Viber stickers whose protagonist is Rafa the Giraffe.”
Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosnia and Herzegovina has implemented Viber stickers with the team of Communis agency in Sarajevo, composed of: illustration and graphic design Naida Begović, copywriting Hamdija Pašić and account managers Azra Dedić and Edin Karabegović.
