After 25 years of operating under the name Hauska & Partner, one of the longest-standing consultancy firms is changing its ownership structure and name. The company will now operate under the name Spring+shift, while maintaining the same experienced team of consultants familiar to numerous Croatian companies with whom they collaborate.
The expert team is led by partners Sanja Petek Mujačić, as the CEO, and Daria Mateljak and Gorana Pavičić Nišević, as Management Board members. They have been managing the company in this composition since 2021 and, as of this year, are also the sole owners of the business. Under the new brand, they will continue offering their well-known unique blend of business consulting in organizational and sustainable development, supported by their extensive experience in strategic and marketing communications and management.
