Starting from October 1, 2024, BH Telecom has begun the automatic activation of the VoLTE (Voice over LTE) service for all users who own mobile phones certified for use in the 4G network. This advanced service provides superior voice quality, faster call setup, and the ability to use the internet simultaneously during calls.
VoLTE offers users numerous advantages, including:
- Exceptional voice call quality compared to traditional 2G/3G networks,
- Faster call setup,
- The ability to make video calls (ViLTE) with higher quality, and
- Battery savings, which is particularly useful for those who make frequent calls.
The VoLTE service is available to all private and business users of postpaid tariff packages with included voice services. After activation, users will receive an SMS message and will need to update the software on their devices to fully utilize all the benefits of this service.
VoLTE service activation is free, and users can easily deactivate it upon request via a free call to 1444 or at a BH Telecom retail location. Voice and video calls made via VoLTE are charged in the same way as standard calls, with no additional costs.
