Graffiti na Gradele is a regional graffiti festival which is being held for the fifth jubilee time at Bol on Brač, on the grounds of Fabrika, a former fish factory and abandoned hotel Bijela Kuća. This is a non-profit, fully voluntary initiative of young people, which aims to gather as many young graffiti artists and musicians from all over the region, in order to turn Bol into a small urban Mecca for a few days of summer, to create a platform for networking, new collaborations, creative work and good companionship, and to bring life to the abandoned and dilapidated hotel complex “Bijela kuća”.

During the festival, numerous graffiti workshops are organized for children and youth, exhibitions of young artists, skateboarding and sports events, and throughout the day visitors will have at their disposal the lounge area right next to the beach.

List of participating graffiti writers includes some of the currently most powerful and most active regional names: Lonac, Lunar, Artez (Belgrade), Chez186, Wuper (Belgrade), Azram (Ljubljana), Artuditu, Bare Pimp my Pump, Modul Osam, Mane Mei, Sarme, Anxio, Supernia, Hana, Casino, Royal, Nikola Mihajlović (Belgrade) and Wens.

Participation has also been confirmed by the following musicians: High5, Krešo i Žuvi, Kuku$, Tibor, Žaegulj i Geralt iz Rivije, Tone Tuoro, Toxara, Zembo i DaMental and Marchello Mede, while the DJ program will be in the hands of Blaw:Blaw, Oliver (Bassinga), VRH, Tikach, Sinke Fresh, Niki Peducci, Vuk Oreb and Juicy Croatia.

Although the festival is of non-profit and voluntary character, tickets are not charged for any part of the program and the entry is free for all. Also, visitors of the festival will receive a festival bracelet, which will open them a number of discounts on various services around Bol.

Here is a video that shows the atmosphere from the last year’s festival:

This festival is part of the program of Cultural Summer of Bol, and is held with the support of the Culture Centre of the Municipality of Bol.

This year, in cooperation with many partners and supporters of the festival, Graffiti na Gradele offers their visitors a comfortable and convenient arrival and accommodation for all three days of the festival. This year the festival is supported by the Adria Tours Bol, Meteor camp, Autotrans and Croatia Airlines. Guests can also arrive with direct bus lines from Zagreb to Bol, and if they opt for a ferry from Split, they can come from Supetar to Bol with Autotrans buses at affordable prices. For those who like faster travel, Croatia Airlines provides direct flights from Zagreb to Bol at a price of 330 HRK for the festival visitors. When visitors come to Bol, they can be accommodated at the Meteor camp or look for private accommodation through Adria Tours Bol which for all GNG visitors ensures extremely low prices of apartments (for 4 people 84 euros / night; for 5 people 105 euros / night; for 6 people 126 euros / night).
