The creative concept of the latest campaign for Magenta 1 brand is signed by agency McCann Zagreb, it was directed by Dalibor Matanić, and its stars are Goran and Emanuel Ivanišević.
In Magenta 1, football is No.1 – that’s the ultimate message and the name of the new video of Croatian Telecom, shot amid the promotion of the richest television package on MAXtv.
Sport is today an important part of everyday life of almost every family. It gathers, connects, inspires and motivates family members and those around them. Son of the legendary Croatian tennis player Goran Ivanišević, Emanuel, also loves sports, but despite his strong roots in tennis, he most enjoys watching football on TV.
As in the case of the previous Magenta 1 campaign, the concept for the video “In Magenta 1, football is No1” is the brainchild of the creative team of McCann Zagreb. “Football is a fascinating game. As I really love it, it was a great pleasure to work on the campaign. We quickly came up with the basic concept: all sports are very interesting, but football still has something really special. In order to illustrate this thought, we looked for people who are famous for some other sport, but who love football. We found our guys in Goran and his son Emanuel. I think that in this campaign we managed to convey how football is a fascinating sport, and how much it attracts people,” said chief creative director at McCann Daniel Vukovic.
The rest of McCann’s team on this project were: Bianka Stojanov – project leader, Sandra Mrkšić – art director, Krešimir Grancarić – art director and Boris Miletić, copywriter. Production of the video was done by Val produkcija, and was directed by one of the most famous Croatian directors, Dalibor Matanić.
