At the Golden Drum International Festival of Creativity, in a competition of 1,200 works from 28 countries, the New Moment agency has achieved remarkable success by winning three awards for One Poster for Peace project, created for the Inter-religious Council of BiH, and the campaign Red Ball, for client Hemofarm Foundation.
Work One Poster for Peace won gold in the Craft category for Best Art Direction. The same campaign also won silver in the Outdoor category, as well as a special jury prize. The idea of One poster of peace was born from the efforts to encourage inter-religious tolerance, showing that there is much more to what connects us than what separates us. The poster combined artistic designs inspired by church and mosque motifs all over the world with the intention of sending a message of peace. The idea was realized in collaboration between New Moment and Y&R Dubai, with the help of theologian and associate Mirnes Kovač.
In addition to the aforementioned awards, the Red Ball campaign, for the Hemofarm Foundation, also achieved success. The campaign’s goal was to increase awareness of the importance of high blood pressure prevention whose consequences in Serbia relate to 50,000 lives a year.
“With the Red Ball idea, we wanted to give color and shape to the most common symptoms of high blood pressure, because those who suffer from it have the feeling that their head could crack like an overblown balloon. In order to increase the awareness of people about the importance of prevention, we used symbolism and installed huge red balloons across Serbia. We collaborated with world famous artist Kurt Perschke, who for the first time allowed his famous street exhibition to be used for the purpose of promoting public health – in Serbia. The Integrated Campaign has achieved great success, and this award is another confirmation to us and the client that we have made an important breakthrough for human health,” said Lazar Sakan, creative director of the New Moment.
With these awards, New Moment continues the tradition of the most awarded creative house in the Balkans, with more than 250 employees in nine countries in the region investing their creativity on a daily basis to provide customers with that additional 5% of gold dust that only the select few have.
