Less than 48 hours remain until the start of Game Changer Montenegro, and the organisers have released the final programme for the event, which will bring together representatives of the technology industry, investors, the tourism sector and digital transformation experts on 19 June at Regent Porto Montenegro.

This year’s edition of the conference will feature a series of discussions dedicated to the future of tourism, investments, luxury real estate, infrastructure, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, with a focus on the development of Montenegro as a year-round destination and a regional business hub.

One of the central panels will explore the changes shaping modern tourism. As part of the discussion Swipe Right on Montenegro: How Data & Technology Are Matching International Travelers to Their Dream Destination, representatives of Mastercard, the Ministry of Tourism of Montenegro, the Kotor Tourist Organisation and Kotor Cable Car will discuss how data and technology can help better understand traveller behaviour, extend the tourism season and attract higher-value visitors.

Special attention will also be given to the growth of the luxury real estate market. The panel Montenegro at the Gateway to the EU – Global Brands, New Destinations and a New Positioning on the World Map, organised in partnership with Sotheby’s, will bring together investors and real estate industry representatives to discuss how global luxury brands and branded residence concepts are influencing destination development and the investment potential of the region.

Infrastructure and connectivity will be at the centre of the discussion Destinations, Accessibility and Strategies for Extended Seasonality, where representatives of Porto Montenegro, Luštica Bay and Jadranka Tourism will analyse how transport and maritime infrastructure contribute to destination development and the extension of the tourism season.

The programme also includes the discussion Destination as a Network, supported by MTEL Montenegro. Participants will discuss the role of airports, telecommunications and digital services in creating a connected travel experience, where the destination is viewed as a network of services that begins long before travellers arrive.

Alongside the main programme, the conference will also host the Deep Tech, Cybersecurity & Big Data segment, organised in cooperation with Women4Cyber Montenegro. This part of the programme will feature discussions on the protection of critical infrastructure, the security of digital systems and the risks associated with artificial intelligence.

The panel Cybersecurity of Critical Infrastructure will bring together representatives of Skenify, Isomont, Čikom and Airports of Montenegro, while participants in the discussion AI Risks in the Digital Space will address issues of responsibility, data security, trust and ethics in the age of artificial intelligence.

Part of the programme will also be dedicated to blockchain technologies through the Solana Ecosystem Fireside Talk, organised in cooperation with the Superteam Balkan community.

For conference participants, MTEL Montenegro has provided a complimentary eSIM package that includes 5 GB of data across Europe and 5 GB of data in Montenegro, valid for seven days.

The programme will continue with a sporting event the day after the conference. In cooperation with the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro, the first women’s padel tournament, Game Changer Open, will be held. The tournament will take place on 20 June at the courts of Luštica Bay and will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs and women from various industries.

As a reminder, the Game Changer Montenegro 2026 conference will take place on 19 June at Regent Porto Montenegro, starting at 9:00 AM.
