The integrated marketing communications agency DNA Communications and the Center for the Development of Technological Entrepreneurship and Innovation ICT Hub will organize the FuckUp Nights dedicated to fail stories from the advertising industry, first event of its kind in Serbia. On Thursday, at 18:00hrs, the Playground Center for Innovation of the ICT Hub will host the event that brings a unique opportunity to hear stories about personal and agency fails, without filters and mincing of words, directly from the successful professionals of this industry.
The format of the event involves short presentations of four speakers, followed by Q&A with the audience. The goal is to share experience in a pleasant atmosphere, learn lessons, and encourage others to be persistent in their business attempts and efforts. At the first Advertising Fail Stories event, talking about their failures, why they happened, and how they happened, will be:
- Miša Lukić – CEO for Central and Eastern Europe, Publicis One
- Boris Marčetić – owner and Creative Director, Popular Communications
- Bojan Joksimović – Managing Director, O5 brand and design conultancy
- Marija Lončar and Jelena Uzelac Vasić – Creative Director and Strategic Development Director, DNA Communications
Fuckup Nights, as a global movement and a series of events where business failures are talked about in a free and lighthearted way, is active since 2012 in more than 250 cities around the world. The movement was created with the aim of changing the social stigma associated with the concept of failure, and making failure an integral part of the process of building successful business stories.
