Agency market positioning, demand for its services, resource utilisation, client relationships and the founder’s role will be the topics of the C-level Masterclass led by Janusz Stabik from GYDA at the seventh edition of the HURA CEO Event. The gathering, intended for directors and leadership teams of HURA member agencies, will take place on 16 and 17 November at the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj.
Stabik will address these five areas through his FUTURE-FIT model, in which he refers to them as Edge, Demand, Leverage, Stickiness and Founder. The programme will examine their impact on agency profitability, growth and long-term value, including better utilisation of existing capacity and the assessment of business decisions.
Part of the content will draw on insights from previously conducted interviews to connect the methodology presented with the problems identified by agency leaders. Participants will then use World Café, a structured group work format, to analyse individual topics, rotate between groups and exchange experiences on possible business solutions. The conclusions from this work will be compiled into a whitepaper, available as a resource for further business development.
Alongside the group training, four HURA member agencies will have the opportunity for individual consultations with Stabik. The meetings following the Masterclass will focus on their specific challenges and development plans, from increasing profitability and finding sources of growth to business model changes and strategic decisions.
Throughout his career, Stabik has worked with more than 400 agencies worldwide, advising founders and leadership teams on strategy, profitability, scaling, acquisitions and ownership exits. His experience spans agencies of different sizes and business models.
The HURA CEO Event VII is intended exclusively for HURA member agencies, and registration is open until 26 October.
