The fifth regional forum of communications leaders – Izazov 2019 (Challenge 2019) will be held on March 25 and 26 at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Belgrade under the slogan Truth or Dare. This is an interactive business event, the first of its kind in the region, dedicated exclusively to professionals in the field of marketing, public relations and digital communications from companies and agencies.
The main theme of the fifth regional forum for communication leaders will be focused on a transparent and accountable business, which will be discussed by representatives of the largest local agencies and companies. Representatives of agencies from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia will speak about the state of the market communications in countries in the region.
The topics of the forum will include the migration of advertising; asides of profit, what are the other motives of joint venture of agencies and companies on the market; measuring campaign efficiency; what has led to market fragmentation and how this will affect the profession, and why investing in consumer loyalty is actually investing in the brand development. The forum will also talk about ethics in business as well as why transparency of the pitch process will benefit everyone.
A special segment of the forum will be dedicated to promoting dialogue between agencies and companies, through various types of interactive workshops, including a team building for participants.
As in previous years, the Challenge 2019 forum will also present the latest industry research, implemented jointly by the Marketing Mreža and the Smart + Research agency.
“Transparent market for every industry, including market communications, is the basis for fair competition, but also for the business future of all stakeholders. Transparency is not a prerequisite, but the foundation of any good business relationship. It means clear, open and direct communication about the facts that are relevant for all the sides. Only in this way we can see and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages, make the right decisions that will enable us to grow and develop, and if we really want better market conditions, we must make an effort – at the level of the industry, of the company, of the agency, but also as individuals,” said Ivana Parčetić Mitić, founder and editor of the Marketing Mreža portal, which is the organizer of the Challenge 2019.
