Filip Dobrović joins the senior team at Komunikacijski laboratorij

Komunikacijski laboratorij continues to expand its senior team with the appointment of Filip Dobrović, who joins the agency after eight years of experience in public relations and strategic communications.

His arrival also reflects how the value of agency professionals today is increasingly measured by their ability to work across different industries and communication models. From corporate communications to digital campaigns and market positioning, the boundaries between disciplines are becoming less visible – and this is exactly the kind of experience Dobrović brings to his new role as Senior Communication Consultant.

He began his career at Komunikacijski ured Colić, Laco i partneri, where he spent more than five years working on corporate communication projects before moving to 404, where he further expanded his expertise in digital and market communications.

Throughout his career so far, he has collaborated with clients from the telecommunications, technology, retail, tourism, logistics, F&B, and financial sectors, building experience across projects of varying scale and communication needs.

For agencies operating in a market shaped by constant shifts in communication channels and rising client expectations, profiles like this are becoming an increasingly important part of team development – especially at a time when communications are expected to deliver far more than visibility alone.
