FMCG Summit Sarajevo has been a central place for the past few years and the biggest annual event for the Bosnia and Herzegovina trade sector, which has gathered more than 500 participants each year.

The fifth consecutive FMCG Summit Sarajevo, which will be held this year 17.04.2019. in the Hills Hotel, Ilidža, aims to bring the latest trends in the country and the region, as well as to enable business bonding.

At the 5th FMCG Summit, they will talk about internationalization and about the prospects of Western markets when it comes to BiH.

In the competitive world of the FMCG industry, strong and decisive leaders are key to opening the way to a successful future. These leaders must have a unique approach to solving problems and use their initiative to find innovative solutions. To keep up with competition, retail and commodity leaders must be ready for co-operation, creativity, and acceptance of trends and challenges.

That is why, for the fifth edition, the organizers have prepared a rich program with 12 speakers, including Davor Bilman and Vedran Sorić.

Davor Bilman will host a lecture titled Personality Scanner by Davor Bilman, in which he will talk about the method of rapid assessment of personalities. This experienced “scanner” needs only a couple of seconds to make a decision on what a person is like, based on certain “filters” or “markers”. In the desire to make a quicker assessment in sales processes, Davor Bilman built his method by upgrading on the basic theories about temperaments, adding to this his assessment based on dress patterns. The basic premise is that everyone buys according to their personality. So there are 4 types of personality, ie 4 colors: red, yellow, green and blue; all with their specific features, advantages and disadvantages.

Vedran Sorić will hold a lecture on “Formula for Sales Success”. “The ability to implement a personal brand sales pitch in everyday, demanding and stressful business life is the guiding principle for creating a successful and sustainable career in professional B2B sales. I believe that customers in the coming years would rather be treated as family than kings. ‘Emotional Mathematics’, often infused through a quality professional personal brand, will be your best bet for sales success – the safest way to gain a ‘lifelong’ customer. The buyer buys me!” explains Sorić.
