Entries for BEA World Festival 2026 are now officially open, with organisers also releasing a detailed Entry Kit outlining the rules, categories, and deadlines for this year’s edition of one of the most significant international recognitions in the field of events and live communication.
The 21st edition of the festival will take place on 26 and 27 November in Venice, which this year becomes the new host destination of the event. The programme will be held at the prestigious Palazzo del Cinema and Palazzo del Casinò on the Lido, while organisers are presenting this new chapter of the festival under the claim “Live is BEAutiful”.
BEA World Festival has been bringing together agencies, brands, and event professionals from more than 40 countries for over two decades, and one of its defining features remains the live presentation of projects before an international jury. Shortlisted entries will once again present their projects this year to experts in marketing, communications, and sponsorship before the final decisions on the award winners are made.
This year’s edition also introduces several new elements to the competition programme. Among them, the new Grand Prix for Good award stands out, recognising projects that, alongside creative excellence and communication effectiveness, achieve a strong social impact by promoting values such as inclusion, sustainability, civic responsibility, and raising awareness of important social issues.
The competition programme has also been expanded with the new E-Sports Event / Gaming Event category, which covers events related to e-sports, gaming championships, and tournaments, with an emphasis on interactivity, technical production, and community engagement.
Commercial and non-commercial events held between 1 August 2025 and 30 September 2026 are eligible to enter, including projects submitted by event agencies, PR and communications agencies, advertising companies, corporate teams, public institutions, and non-profit organisations.
The Early Bird entry period runs until 31 July, after which entries may be submitted under the standard fee period until 30 September. The online jury evaluation will take place from 23 October to 2 November, while the shortlist will be announced on 4 November. Live presentations are scheduled for 26 November, with the awards ceremony taking place the following day, on 27 November.
Detailed information on categories, rules, and required materials is available in the official Entry Kit released by the organiser.
