No worries! Entries for BalCannes this year have been extended, and the new deadline is midnight on Friday 9 September. All creatives from the region, who worried whether they will have the time to prepare their best projects for entries can now breathe easier, as they have nine more days to complete their video presentations.
BalCannes festival which is being held this year for the fifth time in Rovinj as part of the Weekend Media Festival, in 2016 brings a number of new features that will make you roll up your sleeves in order to show your agency in the best light! For the first time in the region, a jury of advertisers will select the best projects and the best marketing agencies from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro, which makes this an ideal opportunity to prove yourself before the current and potential future clients. By registering their works, agencies compete for the BalCannes awards which this year are awarded for the first time. With the selection of Top 25 projects, we will find out who will take the title of the best agency in the region, the best project in the region, but also the special award of BalCannes. In addition to the jury of advertisers, a jury of journalists covering our profession will also present their award to the top project in their opinion.
