Emil Tedeschi, owner of Atlantik group now also officially joins the ownership structure of Yammat FM radio station on which he edits a show, Media Daily reported on Tuesday.
The co-ownership of E2E4MUSIK d.o.o., owned by Tedeschi, in Yammat d.o.o. whose only owner was Alen Balen so far, will be officially recorded in the Commercial Court these days.
Tedeschi had already had the experience of entering media projects one of the co-owners of RTL Hrvatska d.o.o., which he left in 2015.
“I believe that it is the most progressive radio on air, not only when it comes to music but also in a wider social, civic sense. I am happy to co-operate with interesting, capable people with whom I share my interests and values and I am happy to contribute personally to the maintenance and development of a quality media, which, in my opinion, really has added value, ” Tedeschi said about entering Yammat FM as a co-owner.
Yammat FM‘s owner, Alen Balen, said that Tedeschi supports the musical openness and social democracy, which “from the very first moment of broadcasting are carefully nurtured on Yammat‘s frequency” and that their collaboration so far has resulted in a number of excellent projects.
“At a time when we are ending the preparations for the future chapters of Yammat’s development, it is quite logical and natural to associate with a civilizational mate, or, if you like, enter a business partnership with a musical “brother in arms” who, at the same time, is a proven top businessman who fully understands and actively advocates socio-musical context of Yammat, ” said Balen.
