As in previous years, the Effie Awards Serbia, organized by the IAA Serbian Chapter, organized a training program for the participants (clients / agencies) and the jury of this year’s festival on the 26th of February in the Holiday Inn Hotel.
Mario Fraculj, a member of the Organizing Committee and the Croatian Jury, as well as a member of the Euro-Effie Jury, explained to the participants the specifics of this competition, what should a quality entry include, and how the entered works are evaluated.
“Efficiency comes in a variety of shapes and sizes,” “Does the case include proper business goals?” “Strategy comes from research and insight,” and “Clearly articulated ideas are the key” – these were just some of the tips Fraculj gave training participants.
The review of market in 2018, with the focus on product and service categories that traditionally see the largest number of entries, was presented by Silvija Atijas Ristić, Marketing Executive, Nielsen, and Predrag Kurčubić, Managing Director at Ipsos.
Participants had the opportunity to see the examples of Effie winning works, and personally judge the quality of their case studies.
For all those interested in submitting their work implemented during 2018, the third deadline for entries is March 10.
