Over the years the BalCannes contest has distinguished itself as a unique opportunity for all interested agencies to present their work to clients from eight countries of the region, and show them their best projects. The best of the best will also be featured in the new, second edition of the Creative Portfolio, composed by Ekrem Dupanović and Asja Dupanović Gavrilescu, and published by Media Marketing.
It is a book that annually collects award-winning projects from the regional communications industry, including those that win at BalCannes. The book dissects all the award winning campaigns and presents them fully, from brief to end results, with accompanying key visuals.

This year, the 25 best communications projects from across the region will win special jury awards, and the best project of the BalCannes will be entered by the organizers to the Cannes Lions 2019.
55 advertising agencies from the region competed last year, and the best were declared by a jury of 25 experts – clients, agencies and journalists from across the region. Additionally, for the first time last year, a new practice was introduced, where we learned how each of these three separate juries see the same projects, which is a unique concept in the world.
