Twenty months ago the perception of Taxi Cammeo in the eyes of the Croatian public was very bad. Newspaper headlines on the alleged non-payment of workers and accusations of mobbing of employees represented a big communication challenge. The company’s management found it almost impossible to find an agency that understands their needs, although it previously established cooperation with two agencies that had tried to protect the image of the company, but alas unsuccessfully.
The challenge was accepted by the agency Apriori World.
Thanks to the synergy and great confidence of the owner and management of the company, Apriori World has managed to implement its communication strategy and create a new perception, and thus encourage the creation of habits of taxi rides.
Success requires knowledge, but also understanding and ability to convince the client in the efficiency of agency’s proposals.
Today Taxi Cammeo celebrates ten years of work. They are the leading Croatian taxi company in the region, and the absolute leader not only in the taxi business, but also in innovation. They have successfully implemented their own software system for taxi companies, Taxi Navigator, in more than 50 foreign cab companies. They employ 725 people and within the franchise business they are present in nine Croatian cities. They show a constant tendency to increase turnover and number of employees, and they are doing well to take a leadership position in the taxi business in this part of Europe.
