As we are writing this, the new Coca-Cola packaging that celebrates the great results of the Croatian national football team in the World Cup 2018 in Russia so far is already out on the market. It’s fair to say that other countries can just envy them, regardless of how the competition ends up for Croatia.
“Inspired by the victories in Russia and as a long-time sponsor of the FIFA World Cup, Coca-Cola has decided to celebrate with loyal fans the results of the Croatian football team. We launched a special football bottle and made four labels with the results of all the matches of our team so far. Sounds simple, but if you know that the most recent match was only a few days ago, it’s hard to imagine the amount of effort all the partners in the process needed to be able to put this packaging on the market already on Thursday. All the people who worked on the project worked as an excellent team – from marketing, production, agency, to every man in distribution and sales – just like our boys on the field during each game. We believe that these are not the last labels in this line, and we look forward to the match on Saturday!” said Vesna Vlahović Dašić, marketing director of Coca-Cola Adria (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia).
