“This is yet another recognition for the campaign ‘Odvoji, lako je‘. We are extremely pleased that we succeeded in popularizing the socially important issue of waste separation in a fun and educational way suitable for all age groups. The task was not easy, but the video we created in collaboration with Vojko V became a hit beyond Split and a national news story, which was also recognized by the IPRA jury. This is our fifth leading global PR award in five and a half years of our agency’s existence, and the highest recognition for our work from the industry. We thank the jury and congratulate the other winners with excellent campaigns from Croatia and around the world,” said Gordan Turković, Executive Director of CTA Communications.
The winning categories for the “Odvoji, lako je” campaign were “Launch of a New Service – Agency” and “Integration of Traditional and New Media – Agency.” The local campaign was designed for the client Čistoća d.o.o. Split, and has already been awarded six domestic and regional awards (SoMo Borac, two BalCannes awards, IdejaX, MIXX, and the Grand Prix HUOJ).
“Odvoji, lako je” is an informative campaign aimed at promoting the new waste separation system using semi-underground containers in Split. Although the video spot is just one part of the entire campaign, due to positive user reactions, the characters from the spot have become part of the graffiti scene in Vukovarska Street in Split. The authentic content was also recognized by experts at the Greencajt festival.
