Business Cafe in Belgrade – Little Big Companies

At Belgrade’s Mikser House, on 4 May, at 18h, the 11th Business Cafe will be held, with the topic “Little Big Companies”

Guests of the gathering in May will be Zoran Vujovic, acting president of the Association of small and medium entrepreneurs and enterprises in Serbia, Ivan Minić, Editor in Chief at www.mojafirma.rs, Srđan Janičijević, serial entrepreneur, now founder and director of the Mokra Gora School of Management.

They will speak about their road to success, challenges, problems and will give advice to those who want to try their hand at entrepreneurship, how to get information, how to get capital and how to get the necessary knowledge, as well as all current developments and challenges of entrepreneurship in Serbia.

Tickets can be purchased online at this link, or onsite, until the beginning of Business Cafe at Mikser.

Business Cafe is a place for discussion with successful entrepreneurs who share their own experiences, ideas, suggestions and advice with other colleagues, as well as those who want to try their hand in starting a business. It’s organized in the form of a public conversation, where the event manager talks to guests, selected entrepreneurs, in front of the audience, and after the official part follows an organized but also spontaneous socializing, exchange of contacts and establishing new connections. Idea of the Business Cafe is to encourage more people to start their own business and learn more about entrepreneurship first-hand, from those who succeeded.

You can also see the atmosphere from the previous, 10th Business Cafe at this link.  So far, more than 90 meetings have been held, and over 250 successful entrepreneurial stories told. Meetings were visited by 10,000 guests, while the value of new businesses agreed at BC’s is nearly €10 million.

The main message of Business Cafe is “WE ARE NOT ALONE” – when we start our own business and when we lead it, we all go through the same. The second important message is the one very topical for Serbia this year, which was proclaimed the year of entrepreneurship – IT’S POSSIBLE TO SUCCEED NOW AND HERE, despite everything and everyone. And this is what the stories of guests and speakers regularly confirm throughout the region.
