As part of an ongoing commitment to customer service, each office in Grey Europe takes part in a regular client satisfaction survey conducted by Kantar for the WPP Vantage program. Whilst average scores were high across all offices, Bruketa&Zinic&Grey received a top rating from their clients for quality of work, value for money and customer service.
The Croatian Agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey also scored highly against all other categories within the survey, which include; understanding business operations, quality of staff and work, communication effectiveness, proactivity, etc.
