Bruketa& has once again become a member of The Network One, the world’s largest network of independent marketing communications agencies.
For the agency, this marks a return to a network it had collaborated with before the acquisition by WPP, during the period when it operated under the name Bruketa&Žinić OM. That collaboration also led to the agency being included among the 17 leading independent agencies in the world in a special edition of the British magazine Campaign.
The Network One today brings together more than 1,600 independent agencies and communications professionals in more than 120 countries. The network was founded in 2003 in London, and its founder and president is Julian Boulding.
Unlike large holding systems, The Network One operates as a global alternative that is not based on a single corporate model. Its role is to connect independent creative, digital, media, PR and specialized agencies according to the specific needs of clients, markets and projects.
“Independence allows us to be faster, more agile and braver, especially in the application of new technologies. By joining The Network One, we gain support for international projects and access to highly specialized agencies with rare knowledge and tools, which is particularly important today,” said Davor Bruketa, creative director of Bruketa&.
Membership in the network is not open to everyone. Agencies go through a selection process in which their references, quality of work, specialist knowledge and reputation are evaluated.
The return of Bruketa& to the network comes at a time when clients are increasingly looking for more agile, flexible and specialized teams, while independent agencies are taking on an increasingly important role in the global communications industry.
