Croatia agency Komunikacijski laboratorij, under the leadership of Manuela Šola, has expanded its client portfolio, and this was followed by additional hires to the team and internal promotions.
Ana Škiljić Ravenšćak, who came to Komunikacijski laboratorij three years from the editorial position at Večernji list daily, has been promoted to PR Manager.
At the same time, the team of Komunikacijski laboratorij has been further strengthened by great PR experts: Bojana Mandić, who came from Pragma Communications, and Ivana Jeleč, former head of the Public Relations Center at Edward Bernays School of Communication Management. They will assume the PR seniors posts at Komunikacijski laaboratorij.
Over the past sixteen years Bojana Mandić has gained knowledge and experience in the public relations agency Pragma komunikacije, where she specialized in the entire range of public relations and communication management services. As a senior advisor, she was responsible for strategic consulting, designing and implementing communication strategies, and developing and monitoring the PR activities of numerous international and domestic clients and brands. She gained rich experience in various industries with emphasis on public relations in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, automotive and consumer goods industries. Bojana was part of the communications teams that won prizes from the category of socially responsible business and internal communications for the best communications projects of the Grand PRix HUOJ annual award. She graduated journalism at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb, and since 2017 she has been certified as a Public Relations Expert of the Croatian Public Relations Association, and she has also proven herself as a member of the juries of the HUOJ Grand Prix and HUOJ’s annual student awards Young Hope.
Ivana Jeleč began her career in public relations career at the Millenium promocija agency, where she worked on various projects in the field of education, tourism, banking and healthcare, and in 2014 she assumed the post of Head of Public Relations Center at Edward Bernays School of Communication Management. Ivana graduated journalism at the Faculty of Political Science and Spanish Language and Literature and Italian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zagreb. Apart from practice, she also deals with public relations in the field of higher education and science. She’s a lecturer at Bernays, but also at the Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb and at the Business University of Zagreb on public relations courses, corporate and strategic communications, and Spanish and Italian languages. She is author and co-author of several scientific papers on branding, political communication and crisis communication, and in 2018 she was part of the team that did the translation of the biography of the father of public relations.
