After the very successful Second Session of the Creative Republic of Bihać, Association for development and promotion of creative industries Ventilator organized a series of chats for big ideas. Bihać Chit Chat is another event that positions Bihać on the map of the communication industry and business in general. Organizers plan to host successful people from the world of business during the summer, to share their experiences with the local community.
Guest of the first Bihać Chit Chat is Edin Mehić, angel investor and serial entrepreneur. He founded his company 19 years ago as a student of the Faculty of Natural Sciences. He built his career at the intersection of technology, consumer internet and entertainment sector. He is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and consultant, and a motivational speaker and guest lecturer at several international universities. With more than 15 years of experience in building start-ups, dealing with technology and working with Fortune 500 companies, Edin is passionate when talking about ideas, people and money to build companies and projects.
“Our goal is to really make Bihać the first ‘free’ creative territory in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This city is open for cooperation and new ideas. It deserves to see and hear all the success stories from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the entire Adriatic region. Bihac Chit Chat comes out to the street, to the town square, where we will talk with our guests and thus get closer to the audience, and bring the mountain to Mohammed,” said Nermin Nino Kasupović, program director of the Creative Republic of Bihać.
First Bihac Chit Chat will be held on Friday, 8 July 2016, starting at 12:00 hours in front of City Gallery Bihać. More information can be found on the Facebook event.
