For the first time we learned how advertisers, agencies and journalists look at the same projects, as each of these juries awarded the awards to the best projects according to their choice. 55 advertising agencies competed at BalCannes, and an expert jury of 25 members (advertisers, agencies and journalists) from all over the region from this strong competition selected 25 of the best projects in the Adriatic region and awarded the best of the best.
The prestigious title of the Best Agency of BalCannes went to Grey Ljubljana, which also won the special prize of the press jury for the project The Bedtime Storytellers. Zagreb’s Imago Ogilvy won two awards for the project Dear Mr. President, which was named the Best Project of BalCannes, and won a special advertisers’ jury award.
One Book for Peace of the Serbian agency New Moment New Ideas Company was proclaimed the best project according to the opinion of the agency jury. The award for the best project that was realized in several markets of the region was won by Tesla’s Time Machine, by agency Red Communication from Belgrade.
Along with the agencies Grey Ljubljana and Imago Ogilvy, the Top 5 Agencies list also includes BBDO Zagreb, Bruketa&Žinić&Grey and Grey Worldwide Zagreb.
