BEAM (Best of Event Awards Macedonia) is a prestigious award for the event industry that recognizes and values excellence in creativity, strategy, and event execution. The third edition of the BEAM Festival, held at the Marriott Hotel in Skopje, brought together the best projects and events from the past year. The Grand Prix award was won by the World Hip Hop Championship (People Media), which also triumphed in the categories of Best Cultural Event and Best Sports Event.

“BEAM has already become the central platform for promoting excellence in the event industry in Macedonia, and the great interest and quality of the submitted events show how much such a platform was needed in our market. Our ambition is for BEAM to grow into a regional event and open doors for projects and companies from across the Balkans because we believe that the exchange of experiences can further develop the industry,” said Maja Babić, Director of the BEAM Festival.
The expert jury, composed of 22 professionals from the fields of marketing, creative industries, production, and live communications, faced the challenging task of selecting the best among exceptionally high-quality applications. The evaluation process was conducted according to clearly defined and publicly announced criteria, ensuring transparency and professionalism in the awarding process.
According to the organizers, BEAM is more than just an award – it is a platform for inspiration, networking, and recognizing top professionals in the industry. Established in 2023, BEAM has quickly positioned itself as a benchmark standard for marketing professionals, agencies, companies, and organizations that use the power of events as a key communication tool. To encourage knowledge exchange and improve the event ecosystem, BEAM will open applications for companies and agencies from the region starting in 2025. This initiative aims to connect leading professionals, exchange innovative approaches, and raise standards in event organization.
