Applications for AcademIAA 2018 open

AcademIAA gathers top professionals as lecturers, and within the IAA Worldwide framework it is considered one of the top three educational projects in terms of quality and content

Applications for AcademIAA 2018 open

AcademIAA – an educational project organized for the third year in a row by the Serbian Chapter of the IAA – will be held from September 7 to December 14, every Friday and Saturday. Applications for this program are already open, and as in previous years, a maximum of 35 participants will be able to attend lectures and participate in workshops led by the best local experts in marketing communications.

This year, seven modules will be led by coordinators: Research – Predrag Kurčubić (Managing Director, Ipsos Strategic Marketing); Business – Katarina Šibalić (Marketing Director, Strauss Adriatic); Creative – Anja Radulović (Creative Director, Leo Burnett); Media – Marko Kosovac (Managing Director, Plus Media); Digital – Sanja Lalević Cvetković (Head of Digital, Direct Media); Innovation – Ivana Davidov (Marketing Manager, Nordeus); All Stars – Tanja Petrović (Marketing Director, The Coca Cola Company).

AcademIAA gathers top professionals as lecturers and within the IAA Worldwide framework it is considered one of the top three educational projects in terms of quality and content. That is why it is important that, besides quality lecturers, it also has high quality students. This is why two rounds of selection are organized (CV and motivation letter stage, and then the testing of candidates).

“I believe there is no doubt anymore that AcademIAA justified its existence, since we have once again gathered top professionals this year, who have put their knowledge and experience at the disposal of the participants of this year’s program. Last year we made efforts to standardize the process of selection and thus optimize the selection of participants, and this year we decided to upgrade AcademIAA with another module – Innovation, focusing on technology’s influence on the marketing industry. The industry has unambiguously supported the IAA’s endeavor to work on the forming of future leaders in this business through this kind of youth education,” said Jelena Ivanović, executive director of the IAA Serbian Chapter.
