UNIQA OSIGURANJE: THE MOST TRUSTED INSURANCE BRAND IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
Insurance users in Bosnia and Herzegovina have positioned Uniqa osiguranje insurance company to the top spot, earning it the title Most trusted brand in insurance segment in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2017.
This is the result of a recently published research by renowned Valicon agency, pointing to how quality and traditional indicators such as brand strength, loyalty, and trust are key to the end user’s perception of the company, its products and services.
This research was conducted on a sample of 3,442 respondents, users of insurance products and services, using CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) methodology. The questionnaire metrics were developed by Valicon, based on a standardized approach to migration analysis and the purchase path for the insurance category. On all questions related to a brand, the respondents were able to choose between all brands of insurance companies on the BiH market. The research is based on continuous monitoring of the use of insurance by users (natural persons), thus obtaining a clear insight into the insurance market in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the point of view of the end user.
