VITAMINS IN ICE CREAM: CEDEVITA AND LEDO JOIN FORCES ON A NEW PROJECT

Cedevita and Ledo have joined resources to deliver a new ice cream to the market, the Cedevita Tube. This ice cream version of the most popular vitamin enriched beverage in the region was made according to an original recipe from Cedevita, Ledo says. Cedevita has experience in cooperation on projects with other Croatian companies. Thus in 2009 it started collaboration with Badel 1862, which resulted in the ‘marriage’ of this powdered juice and Badel’s water from Kalnički izvori, making the Cedevita GO.

MOL AND INA – FAITHFUL SPONSORS OF CROATIA’S NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAMS

It’s nice to be a fan of Croatian and Hungarian national football teams these days. The fans are enjoying as both their teams have scored good initial results at the EURO 2016 in France – and sponsors are proud as well.

MOL this year became the main sponsor of the Hungarian light cavalry, and INA, a member of the MOL Group, is a faithful main sponsor of Croatia’s Blazers since 2013.

MOL also sponsors some football cups in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and is also present in sports other than football, most notably ice hockey. Thus, the Hungarian hockey players at the recent World Championships in Russia performed under MOL Group sponsorship.

MOL Group is planning many activities for its 26,000 employees. In the lobby of MOL’s headquarters a photo contest is being held for the best employee photo dressed in the uniform of their country. Nearly 2,000 employees from forty branches in twenty countries have registered for “online” contest in which they predict the winners in exchange for prizes. Mirrors of the MOL building are decorated with slogans of fans (employees) written in more than ten languages. Employees of MOL come from many countries of the EU which are currently competing at the EURO, such as Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Italy, France, England, Sweden and Germany. BILL GATES REVEALS WHY HE BOUGHT LINKEDIN

A few days ago Microsoft bought LinkedIn for $ 26 billion. Regardless of the fact that many analysts believe that the tech giant ‘overpaid’ in this transaction, the question remained why does Microsoft need this network and what they plan to do with it?

Founder of the tech leviathan Bill Gates tried to answer this question in an interview with Bloomberg TV.

“This professional feed in LinkedIn, that is how I want to learn about my career, my company, my industry, and I’m going back there. If we can make that as valuable as the Facebook feed in the social world, that’s huge value creation and that’ll happen over a period of years,” Gates said. (BIZLife)

FACEBOOK MESSENGER TO REVAMP ITS LOOKS AND INTRODUCE SOME CHANGES

Through the redesign in its mobile app Messenger, Facebook wants to offer more than just a list of recent chats.

Facebook Messenger will keep the list of conversations at the top, but underneath them it will add a new section which will display your favorite contacts, friends’ birthdays and part called Active Now, where you will see who is currently online (with the help of the familiar green dot) and See All link, which will show everyone who is available for chat.

Box Favorites will let you know with whom you exchange the most messages and will serve as a faster way to begin the conversation with these friends. (tportal.hr)
