HOWTOWOW: IT’S TIME FOR DIGITAL INNOVATIONS!
To make it easier for you to face the growing complexity of the digital and communications sector, HURA has prepared for you in February the HOWtoWOW workshop on Digital Innovation.
Innovations are often viewed as aha! moments in which the bulb just lights up above our head, and the brilliant idea for a new digital campaign is there. In reality, innovations are carefully driven processes in which agencies and clients work together to achieve the desired innovative solution.
The process of digital innovations at MediaMonks, based on the design thinking principles, will be presented to participants at the next HOWtoWOW workshop by Jon Biggs and Matthijs Leendertse. It is made up of several important stages that ultimately lead to an innovative digital campaign. Initially based on analysis and understanding of the context of innovation, KPIs, research, and operational and performance constraints (budget, organizational or technological capabilities), this process does not end with the materialization of ideas, but continues with managing results and continuous optimizing of the digital campaign.
All those in digital who want to offer their clients something more than classic Facebook campaigns and banners should save the date 6 February 2018, and apply to the HOWtoWOW workshop Digital innovation process.

CAUTION, FRESH GRAPHICS! #1: KATJA FELLE
TAM-TAM continues with their Street Gallery project in Ljubljana. These days they opened a new exhibition, the Osavremeni goblen by Katja Felle. The exhibition will be open until 5 February 2018 in Vegova Street.
In her art, Katja Felle focuses on researching images from the media world, popular culture, music, film industry and photography. She is interested in flaws in communication that arise from the transfer of information through various media mediators, which she then transforms into images, computer graphics and drawings.
Lately she has been devoted to making tapestries with which she is trying to resurrect and reflect the application of old handicraft embroidery skills in contemporary time, as the formal structure of the tapestry resembles the rigidity of computer graphics and raster prints. The three tapestries under the joint title Osavremeni goblen (The Contemporary Tapestry) is based on the difficulty of recognizing a poster, as she refreshes the old tapestries she found with modern computer icons and other commonly known characters and images from the digital eco system.
